How do we understand coaching?

For us the core intention in coaching is to support another person in finding their own answers to their own questions, challenges or longings. This is done mainly through loving curious presence and open questions.

This requires a humble attitude and an ability to hold us self back,  contain our own feelings and ideas - having the client's own process of discovery as our main priority.

Someone who has the capacity to be, and is genuinely interested in seeing you precisely where you are with no judgments. Creating peaceful a space where you get enough time to deeply find yourself.”

Besides this core mindful way of relating we carefully add questions that support authentic connection to life's purpose and underlying positive motivation force.
